By ordering from Pony Character Outfits, via the website or social media, it is assumed that the customer has read and accepted all of our terms and conditions listed below and the product descriptions

TURNAROUND

We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround of orders and fast response to enquiries.

Standard turnaround is two to three working days from receipt of order with cleared payment during off peak and four to five working days during the busiest times of the year.

However, in urgent cases, we may be able to turnaround your order within 24hrs provided that order is for one outfit only.

POSTAGE

We always use Royal Mail

For urgent orders, we recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery which offers a next day service

For all other orders, we use the following:

Order valued up to £20 and Large Letter size, Royal Mail 1st class with proof of posting

Order valued up to £150, Royal Mail 48 (RM 24 is available for faster service) with tracking

Orders valued £151-£500, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery with tracking

... prices will depend on weight and size of parcel and will be quoted at time of placing your order - combined p&p will be applied to multiple outfits ordered at the same time and to be delivered together to the same address

COLLECTION

If you prefer to collect your order from our address in West Lancashire, this can be arranged by prior appointment

RETURNS

As our items are bespoke (ie. made to order), all sales are final.  However, if upon receipt of order, you believe a product to be defective, please contact us immediately to arrange a return within seven days from receipt of the item which must be in original, unused condition.

No returns will be accepted/credit or refunds given for a customer's incorrect choice of size, colour or design.

Once an order has been started, we do not accept cancellations

No refunds or credits will be given due to misuse or general wear and tear of any product

DISCLAIMER

You know your pony best and if you feel that your pony may react to wearing a pony outfit, please do not purchase one.

In all instances, children and ponies must be supervised in the use of all pony outfits and accessories advertised on this website and social media.

We accept no liablity for any damage to any person, animal or property through the use of our pony outfits.

By purchasing any of our pony outfit products, the customer assumes full responsibility for any associated risks.

CLEANING

It is recommended that all pony outfits are carefully hand washed in hand-hot water and mild detergent then left to drip dry

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations)

The GDPR are in place to protect your personal details such as your name, address, phone number, email, etc

We will never pass on your details to a third party and any information we store is kept securely on our computer which is password protected and/or on hard copy invoices which are kept on file for tax purposes and used by the trader only.
